She was born February 1, 1967 in Bloomington, Indiana. She is a phenomenal writter .I'm reading the mediator series, and I've read How to be popular and Avalon High. She has written many books and short stories. She is a best selling author. She wrote Princess Diaries (it's a movie) and she helped with early versions of Ice Princess.
I think that Meg Cabot is more than worthy for this award

Ages 12-16: I Heart You, You Haunt Me by Lisa Scroeder

Everyone tells Ava it's time to move on she can't move on. It's true Jackson died but he won't go away. He won't disappear and she can't let go. She won't let go it's too hard for her too. After all she thinks she killed him. She loves him and doesn't want him to go anywhere.

Ages 4-6: Boomer Goes to School

Boomer loves school. When he went to school once he had so much fun he played and showed off. This a great book and you should read it.

Ages 12-16: Little Secrets: Playing with fire by Emily Blake

Then, Deceitful queen ivy accuses her of a horrible crime and Aza is sentenced to rot in the dungeon. Will Aza escape going to the deepest darkest dungeon or will she rot away in the dungeon forever?
